摘要：The talk will introduce simulation and development tools ofSchaeffler. It will cover the aspects on predicting relevant failuremodes and operating behavior such as advanced RCF prediction(e.g. different materials), surface-initiated damages (e.g. micro-pitting,wear) , smearing, false brinelling, cage fracture/failure, ring creeping,plastic deformation (overload) ,electrical properties/electrical damage,friction/power losses, NVH, and powerful optimization algorithms.It isvalidated by decades of field experience and test runs.
